Shipping Policy

Shipping charges
• - We provide free shipping for all the items.

Who delivers
• - We use reputed couriers only for most of the deliveries.
• - For those areas which are not serviced by these couriers, we ship through the Government Registered posts.
• - We ship only in India.

Estimated delivery time
• - We ship Monday through Saturday, except on public holidays.
• - For all the areas serviced by reputed couriers the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. For those serviced by the Indian Postal service the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging on Delivery
• - If the packaging is damaged or is tampered with before delivery or if you think the product is in a bad condition on delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at 080-6719 1919 or send an email at support@mginger.com with your Order ID. We will ensure that the product is replaced and delivered to you at the earliest.
